The cavy must have been awarded championships from all three countries: CZCH - SKJC/SKCH - PLJCH/PLCH.
Request
The title can be requested by email at elaphe@centrum.sk. It is necessary to provide the name of the applicant and the cavy, and attach scans of the necessary championships. The certificate will be sent electronically to the applicant's email within 30 days. Awarding of the title is free.
